Pagi semalam actually Ana received one sad news about a baby whom I met a couple of weeks ago. Hes such a cutie, nama dia Muhammad Fayyadh Nabhan.

I just fell in love with him the moment I saw him. Dengan mak dia cerita how he managed to survive up to that point memang amazing. But sadly this morning he passed away. Kehadiran Fayyadh didunia ini hanyalah untuk menyentuh hati-hati orang yang keras macam aunty ni kan? Thank you Fayyadh for lending me some courage. InshaAllah kita jumpa nanti lagi ye.
Last time I promised to write something about Gut cleansing kan? To be honest, I don't really like the term 'cleansing'. Sure your gut is dirty thus you need it to be cleaned in order to restore your health. Tapi, cam tak best kan? So I want to change it to Gut Rebalance. Why rebalance? Your gut needs to be in the right balance of good bacateria and bad bacteria for it to be healthy. Most of health problems occur is due to imbalance of gut bacteria. Thus, rebalancing your gut bacteria will restore your health.
Rasulullah s.a.w pernah cakap kan yang perut itu tempat segala penyakit? Walaupun hadis itu luas maksudnya bukan hanya fokus kepada kesihatan fizikal semata. Tapi memang betul apa yang keluar dari mulut Rasulullah s.a.w itu tak pernah sia-sia. Hippocrates pun pernah cakap yang "All disease begins in the gut". So tahulah kita bahawa nak sihat kena jaga perut.
I don't want to go further into the signs that your gut is unhealthy sebabnya most of us memang tak healthy pun gut kita. And korang jangan tak tau eh kita unhealthy adults ni bole turunkan unheathy cells to our offspirngs meaning that kalau kita tak jaga kesihatan walaupun kita tak sakit, anak2 kita yang inherit unhealthy cells dari kita yang sakit. Sebab tu kita tengok baby pun boleh sakit teruk2. Cancer autoimmune and so on.
Okla sikit signs yang body kita need to detox. It is very common than what we think. Jerawat, kulit kusam, kulit gatal2, batuk, selalu demam or pening or sakit perut, selalu makan fast food. Kalau pasal membuang air besar pulak, kita poop kena ikut jumlah berapa kerap kita makan. Kalau makan sekali poop sekali, kalau makan dua kali poop kena dua kali and so on. So pooping everyday once is not a sign that you gut is healthy ya. Ada banyak faktor lain juga kena tengok. Ha, one more. Ni paling common, kalau korang kena pakai deodorant tu tak nak bagi badan bau haaaa major sign your body needs to detox. Kalau ada major health issue macam sinus ke eczema ke autoimmune, cancer or any other big helath issues lagi la kita kena detox.
So, first step to detox is to make sure your gut is in good balance. The ratio of good bacteria vs. bad bacteria should be 80:20. Kebanyakan kita memang takda ratio balance yang ni due to wrong food intake, environment toxins and etc. Paling kita nak avoid ialah leaky gut. Sebab once kita ada leaky gut major health issues will arise. Gut yang imbalance include parasites juga eh macam cacing bacteria fungus or virus. Tapi kalau dah ada leaky gut pun tak apa, kita rawat je ok? Ada a few things kita kena pay attention to in order to restore good gut balance.
1. Diet
Ada benda kita kena avoid ada benda kita kena makan. This one should be narrow down to what kind of issues we are facing. But in general, there are four things to avoid gluten, white sugar, dairy and fast food hahahaha. Diet yang paling elok untuk kita follow ialah epigenetic diet. Maksudnya apa yg nenek moyang kita makan itu la yang kita makan. Contoh orang melayu makan apa? Nasi kan? So kita makan la nasi. Tak yah nak makan roti sangat la. Lagipun nowadays most gandum are gmo. Secondly, the source of your food. Cari tempat yg paling kurang pencemaran or produced locally. Contoh buah makan la buah tempatan, jambu pisang nangka durian. Beras pula carilah beras from kashmir ke dan yang paling elok beras basmathi sebab GI rendah. Daging lembu pula cari dari Australia or New Zealand sebab lembu2 tu makan rumput bukan dedak. Instead of habiskan duit makan kat luar lagi baik kita beli barang dapur yang berkualiti and masak sendiri. Inilah masanya suami isteri nak bonding kan masak sama2 hehehe anak2 pun bole join sekali wink wink.
Sugar needs to be avoided sebab bad bacteria, fungus and viruses feed on sugar.
2. Supplement
Bila sakit kita memang nak kena ada supplement untuk bantu kita sembuh. Food je tak cukup sebab we need potent things to correct the cells yang rosak.
