Trauma Release / Phobia Release with Teacher Watie

OMG. Excited gilerrrr. Last Saturday I went to Ticer Watie's class and there were so many things I learned. Topik yang kita discuss include
1. Trauma & Phobia with EO
2. Emotional Release with EO
3. Muscle Test and using Dr. Carolyn Mein's Book Effectively
4. Pain Management with EO
5. Chakra Balancing with EO

Phew banyak weh 5 topics dari kul 9 sampai 4. Power tak power? Power la kan? Eh ada lagi satu topik la,
6. Braingym.

Ok takpe, kita cite pasal Trauma & Phobia Release je eh malam ni. One thing I learned is that semua orang kat dunia ni akan mengalami trauma atau phobia for sure and what we usually do when it happens? Kita just push it aside and benda tu stored right at the back of our minds yang kadang2 kita tak sedar pun benda tu ada dalam diri kita. It could be as little as tersepak batu and obviously as big as traumatic events like the lost of your loved ones, accident and so on.

The big question is, why do we need to do this trauma release? Tak bole je ke kita hidup je la macam biasa? Aku happy je dengan hidup aku ni. Erkkk yes for those yang happy memang tak nampak kan kenapa? Tapi sebenarnya kalau kita perasan dalam hidup kita ni mesti ada at least one thing yang kita tak bole let go. It could be anything, that one colleague yang annoying, or masa kat sekolah tadika dulu ada budak yang suka buli ke kan. And because of that kita tak dapat mencapai inner peace yang sangat ramai orang sekarang dambakan, or it could be the reason why your career yang tak naik2, it could also affect your relationship with others if not your family maybe your jiran. And as we grow older, we will collect more cangkuk yang mencangkuk kita. Cangkuk ni represent trauma dalam hidup kita. Cuba bayangkan dah berapa lama korang hidup kat dunia ni and dah berapa banyak cangkuk yang holding us back? So mehla release dengan I. 😉

Masa kelas tu of course ada demo. Cite dia macam ni. The lady who volunteered punya kisah trauma dengan English language. Alkisah kakak ni dia seorang budak yang pandai, budak lompat skip darjah 4 and before kejadian ni masa darjah 3 markah periksa dia semua 100 until one day when she was 9 year old cikgu English dia tampar dia. Andddddd from that moment on she didn't score 100 anymore and she couldn't speak English. Dia faham je bila dia baca tapi tak boleh nak cakap English. She tried doing the trauma release on her own but to no avail. Kenapa dia nak release her phobia on English language? Sebab banyak dia nak belajar pasal EO ni tapi kebanyakan buku or article dalam English so she needed this phobia to go away. So on that day she was hoping that Ticer could help her. And to her own surprise after trauma release session tu, muka cikgu English tu pun dah jadi blur2 katanya. And when she was asked what was the rate from before and after doing trauma release, katanya daripada 8 turun ke 4. I mean at least half dah gone kan? Still kena buat lagi sampai benda tu hilang.

Cuba banyangkan benda ni menghantui diri dia dari dia umur 9 tahun sampai sekarang dah jadi mak anak 3. Gosh, she was not meeting her full potential sebab satu kejadian kena tampar tu je. Bayangkan kalau trauma tu dah release lama dulu, she could be someone else kan sekarang? Tapi tak kisah la, what has passed is past. Let's just move forward, there is no good in looking back or regret. Ha korang tau tak frequency regret tu sikit je atasnya dari death? tau tak? the worst feeling ever. So guys if you have any regrets please put it away. Find help if you need to. Don't keep it for long.

And lastly, what is the meaning of good health to you? What is it that you want in your life? Is it the freedom of speaking your mind? Or is it to be able to do what you want with your loved ones? So what is holding you back? The answer is,  all the cangkuk that you collected throughout your whole life.

GUT 101

Asslamualaikum guys 😊

Pagi semalam actually Ana received one sad news about a baby whom I met a couple of weeks ago. Hes such a cutie, nama dia Muhammad Fayyadh Nabhan.

I just fell in love with him the moment I saw him. Dengan mak dia cerita how he managed to survive up to that point memang amazing. But sadly this morning he passed away. Kehadiran Fayyadh didunia ini hanyalah untuk menyentuh hati-hati orang yang keras macam aunty ni kan? Thank you Fayyadh for lending me some courage. InshaAllah kita jumpa nanti lagi ye.
Last time I promised to write something about Gut cleansing kan? To be honest, I don't really like the term 'cleansing'. Sure your gut is dirty thus you need it to be cleaned in order to restore your health. Tapi, cam tak best kan? So I want to change it to Gut Rebalance. Why rebalance? Your gut needs to be in the right balance of good bacateria and bad bacteria for it to be healthy. Most of health problems occur is due to imbalance of gut bacteria. Thus, rebalancing your gut bacteria will restore your health.

Rasulullah s.a.w pernah cakap kan yang perut itu tempat segala penyakit? Walaupun hadis itu luas maksudnya bukan hanya fokus kepada kesihatan fizikal semata. Tapi memang betul apa yang keluar dari mulut Rasulullah s.a.w itu tak pernah sia-sia. Hippocrates pun pernah cakap yang "All disease begins in the gut". So tahulah kita bahawa nak sihat kena jaga perut.

I don't want to go further into the signs that your gut is unhealthy sebabnya most of us memang tak healthy pun gut kita. And korang jangan tak tau eh kita unhealthy adults ni bole turunkan unheathy cells to our offspirngs meaning that kalau kita tak jaga kesihatan walaupun kita tak sakit, anak2 kita yang inherit unhealthy cells dari kita yang sakit. Sebab tu kita tengok baby pun boleh sakit teruk2. Cancer autoimmune and so on.

Okla sikit signs yang body kita need to detox. It is very common than what we think. Jerawat, kulit kusam, kulit gatal2, batuk, selalu demam or pening or sakit perut, selalu makan fast food. Kalau pasal membuang air besar pulak, kita poop kena ikut jumlah berapa kerap kita makan. Kalau makan sekali poop sekali, kalau makan dua kali poop kena dua kali and so on. So pooping everyday once is not a sign that you gut is healthy ya. Ada banyak faktor lain juga kena tengok. Ha, one more. Ni paling common, kalau korang kena pakai deodorant tu tak nak bagi badan bau haaaa major sign your body needs to detox. Kalau ada major health issue macam sinus ke eczema ke autoimmune, cancer or any other big helath issues lagi la kita kena detox.

So, first step to detox is to make sure your gut is in good balance. The ratio of good bacteria vs. bad bacteria should be 80:20. Kebanyakan kita memang takda ratio balance yang ni due to wrong food intake, environment toxins and etc. Paling kita nak avoid ialah leaky gut. Sebab once kita ada leaky gut major health issues will arise. Gut yang imbalance include parasites juga eh macam cacing bacteria fungus or virus. Tapi kalau dah ada leaky gut pun tak apa, kita rawat je ok? Ada a few things kita kena pay attention to in order to restore good gut balance.

1. Diet
Ada benda kita kena avoid ada benda kita kena makan. This one should be narrow down to what kind of issues we are facing. But in general, there are four things to avoid gluten, white sugar, dairy and fast food hahahaha. Diet yang paling elok untuk kita follow ialah epigenetic diet. Maksudnya apa yg nenek moyang kita makan itu la yang kita makan. Contoh orang melayu makan apa? Nasi kan? So kita makan la nasi. Tak yah nak makan roti sangat la. Lagipun nowadays most gandum are gmo. Secondly, the source of your food. Cari tempat yg paling kurang pencemaran or produced locally. Contoh buah makan la buah tempatan, jambu pisang nangka durian. Beras pula carilah beras from kashmir ke dan yang paling elok beras basmathi sebab GI rendah. Daging lembu pula cari dari Australia or New Zealand sebab lembu2 tu makan rumput bukan dedak. Instead of habiskan duit makan kat luar lagi baik kita beli barang dapur yang berkualiti and masak sendiri. Inilah masanya suami isteri nak bonding kan masak sama2 hehehe anak2 pun bole join sekali wink wink.
Sugar needs to be avoided sebab bad bacteria, fungus and viruses feed on sugar.

2. Supplement
Bila sakit kita memang nak kena ada supplement untuk bantu kita sembuh. Food je tak cukup sebab we need potent things to correct the cells yang rosak. Ha, haritu I went to LYLC ada share pasal EOs yang membantu gut overall well being including the supplements by Young Living. EO yang paling obvious ialah Digize la kan but there are a few other oils untuk kesihatan usus yang menyeluruh. The speaker Roe shared how she helped her daughter's severe eczema condition with YL help. And I shall follow all your tips Roe sebab hari tu I just used Digize je, now kena tambah lagi.

3. Emotional
Nak sihat fizikal kena jaga juga emosi tu. Nak sihat emosi fizikal kena elok juga. So dia proportional to each other. Maka sama2 lah kita berusaha untuk baiki semua aspek dalam kehidupan kita. EOs pun bole bantu emotional well being. Esok Ana nak gi kelas Emotional Release Class with Teacher Watie in Puchong. After that only I will make an entry on emotional release k? How YLEO can help on this area. Sebenarnya EO as simple as Lemon pun bole bantu. In depth, next entry.

So far that is all I could think of about gut health. Kalau ada lagi inshaAllah I will share. Till then.

New Zealand Attack 15th March 2019

Asslamualaikum guys,

New Zealand marks one week since Masjid in Christchurch terror attack. White supremacism is stupid. I mean who ever think that they are better than anyone else is just pure stupid. To those extreme gamers, please do not spend your whole day with the games, get out and meet normal and sane people, don't end up like that stupid pcychopath. Oh wait thanks to that pcyshopath, today Jumaat prayer azan was aired across the country and people around the globe are more united fighting Islamophobia. I am so proud of human race with the numbers of people vigils around the world to honour the New Zealand terror attack victims. Faith in humanity is restored.

49 died in the incidents and a few of them were women. Suddenly it came across my mind, even though it is not compulsory for women to perform Solat Jumaat but when Allah wants you to be his martyr, whether you are a man or a women, it doesn't matter because you are the chosen ones. This make me wonder how will I leave this world and in what condition will I meet him one day? I have been picturing myself these few years of how would I leave this world one day and I hope He will make it come true. Till then.

Apakah erti sebuah kesyukuran?

Ding... Jam berdetik menandakan sudah 12 malam hari Rabu rupanya. Hasrat hati nak tido awal hari ni kecundang lagi buat kesekian kalinya. Tak dapat nak tahan nak kena tulis juga malam ni rasa tak bole tangguh mau buat tak bole tido malam pulak nanti. Terbaca tadi sebuah kisah di Fb, keluar cerita tentang seorang ibu berusia 14 tahun berstatus anak yatim piatu dan OKU melahirkan seorang bayi comel yang tidak diketahui siapa bapa kepada bayi itu. Sayu hati yang dari awal malam tadi terpaksa ditahan akhirnya tak dapat nak tahan bila terbaca kisah ibu muda ni. Jatuh jua air mata dan kisah ini membuatkan aku tersedar yang betapa kita ni manusia tak reti erti sebenar sebuah kesyukuran. Mungkin kerana dah terbiasa dapat apa yang kita inginkan? Mungkin sebab dah terbiasa hidup tak pernah tempuh kesukaran kesusahan kesakitan sampai walaupun bibir kita pandai ucapkan kalimat Alhamdulillah namun hati tu langsung tak dapat nak rasa. Malunya rasa bila nak diukur tahap ujian kita dengan orang lain jauhnya bagai langit dan bumi. Malunya rasa aku ni bukan manusia yang kuat sebab ujian aku ni kalau nak dibandingkan dengan orang lain ukurannya tak seberapa pun, itu pun dah merungut macamla aku ni manusia paling malang kat atas muka bumi ni. Lemahnya iman aku sebab setakat ini je ujian yang aku mampu tanggung. Dang.. when do I'm going to learn the real meaning of syukur? Jauh lagi perjalanan menuju ke arah itu. The perfection of connection between me and Him. Ahhh apakah suatu nikmat untuk merasa akan hadir dalam jiwa dan hidup aku ni? Aku nak jadi manusia yang dapat merasa dengan hati. Nak jadi manusia yang redho, yang syukur, yang tau dan sedar apa itu ertinya berTuhan. Jauh lagi perjalanan untuk sampai ke tahap itu. Moga2 detik itu akan hadir tak lama lagi. Young Living Sharing Session 16th & 17th March 2019

Assalamualaikum guys 😊

Today is Monday, I hope you guys have a blissful Monday today. So, apa aktiviti korang last weekend? Aktiviti I last weekend penuh dengan sharing session pasal Young Living. Sangat bes sebab there are so many things that I learned not just about oils but also about wellness in general. My Saturday started with a yoga session at 9 as usual, but last Saturday I skipped the 10am session because.... I wanted to join a sharing session by LYLC. Yeay, firs sharing session yang I join.


Ada 4 topik yang dibincangkan and they are:
1. Emotional release by Ifa
2. Gut Cleansing 101 by Roe
3. Braingym by Shairah
4. Enjoy Love with EO by Gina



As for Sunday, the sharing session was held at my house. The speakers were 2 people whom I glad I met when I join YL group. Dua orang ni sangat supportive as friends always teach me how to be positive and I am so super thankful I met them in my life, and they are Tim and Shiddy.



The topics we discussed were Emotional Release with PSK and Attracting LOA. Not many EOs users aware about the usage of EOs are not only to relief physical pain but also can help us on the emotional side just as simple as oils in your PSK. 
Ada 12 oils kesemuanya dalam PSK and all the 12 oils can relieve at least one emotional feeling. The 12 oils dalam PSK include lemon, lavender, copaiba, frankencinse, thieves, panaway, digize, RC, purification, peppermint, stress away, citrus fresh. Itula Tim yang baik hehehe.

As for the LOA, there's this challenge yang kitorang buat started from last month on how to attract the postivie things in our lives. Memang boleh only we need to tune how we think and practice, inshaAllah mesti bole. Pasal LOA kita serahakn je kat Shiddy, dia dah master tu the arts of LOA.

Divorce

Hi korang!!! Demm I sure took a very long time to post again. Gosh, I didn't notice it was such a very long time ago. It's been years. Who would have known that I would still be here in this world. Thank you Allah for giving me this chance again. The ability to see clearly again. When I started this blog, my vision was actually blurry and it was hard for me to see for 2 long years.

I am starting my writing again with a very hard topic. Divorce. Yes, me and lil hooty's dad have been divorced for a year plus now and he is getting married with someone new in a just a couple of days. I pray for his happiness this time around. Hahahaha don't worry we are friends still. It's just not meant to be for us. Accepted it with an open heart. By the way, I learned a lot from this I don't want to say a failed marriage, I would rather say a nice try marriage. 😜

The one thing that I learn which is the most important thing in a marriage is to be you partner's BFF and to want to make each other happy. Once you lose the willingness to make your partner happy, that is the moment you just lost it. Yes, I know it is not that easy cause I have seen so many different kinds of relationship in marriages and sometimes many of us think that as long as the two of us can make it no matter what happens that is good enough. Or I have also heard that one tip to a successful marriage or any kind of relationship is to lower your expectations. Demmm it's not true. It's one hurtful way of living actually. Maybe to some its enough but I have always wanted more, a really nice relationship with my partner. 

But if you think it's not important to have a BFF as your partner and you are not willing to find another one because you are ok with this one, don't ever live with bitterness inside you. It would eat you up. Trust me on this. Not just through my own personal life experiences but also from what I have seen in others' lives too. When you made that choice, to stay or to split you better live with it happily. No, don't ever say you didn't have any choice cause that is just a way of you making excuses. Please learn to live happily, please please please. I always wish that nobody in this world would feel any sorrow, would feel any sort of pain, be it physically or emotionally cause it sucks and it sucks big time when you are in pain. But I guess this is not the place for humans to not feel any pain. Ini dunia tempat meninggal, bukan tempat tinggal (heard this from radio from an ustaz) hahaha.

Ok, back to the topic. The best way to have a happy relationship to me personally in my opinion and also through my observation is to always want to meet your partner's expectations and work really hard towards meeting them. And it must not be one sided, it needs to be mutual. Korang mesti fikir kan kalau dapat pasangan yg banyak karenah tu macam mana? Matila kan? Tapi kan korang, kalau kita sayang kat seseorang tu mesti kita tak demand banyak2 kan? Kita akan learn to be less selfish sebab kita sayang dia. Kita akan belajar untuk jadi ikhlas. Yes, ikhlas is the right word. Not just to our partners, this applies to everyone in our lives, mak ke ayah ke anak2 ke sahabat ke. It's not easy but I'm sure it's not that hard either.

One of the things I want to be in this life is to be a nice person. Itu cita2 I tau. 😂 This journey yang Allah made me go through I know it's because He wants me to a better person. Let's be happy guys no matter what this world made us go through. There are ways to be happy. Learn how, meet the right people. WE CAN DO THIS! Just reach out and have the willingness to change.
